• E-mail configurations in Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express.
• Planning, implementing, maintain and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN network.
• Assembling and configuration of all kinds of computers
• Install, configure, and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi (Wireless LAN) on laptops
• Maintenance of Server based LAN
• Server based deployment and maintenance of Antivirus like Quick heal, Symantec.
• Installation and Configuration and trouble shooting of PCs, Printers, Modems. Telephones EPBAX, UPS, Internet, Electrical & Electronics equipments
• Provided end user application, operating system, and hardware support
